Ingredients:
One egg.
125 ml (1/2 cup) of milk.
125 ml (3/5 cup) of vegetable oil.
2 tsp of water.
1 tsp of salt.
Spinach and feta.
Salt and pepper to taste.
3 sheets of phyllo dough.
One egg yolk.
Instructions:
Step 1
First, combine the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, water, and salt in a bowl. Then, place a sheet of filo dough on a work surface and pour a small amount of the mixture over the sheet, ensuring it's evenly spread. Repeat this process two more times, creating a total of three layers.
Step 2
Then, combine feta cheese and cooked spinach, then spread this mixture evenly over the filo dough. Roll the dough from one end to the other, creating a strip.
Step 3
After that, cut the rolled filo dough into triangles and arrange them on a baking sheet, and then brush each triangle with egg yolk.
Step 4
Finally, sprinkle the triangles with poppy seeds and bake them at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
Short tips:
