NO-BAKE COOKIE CAKE

 


Components:

Two cups of granulated sugar.

One cup of butter.

Half a cup of milk.

4 tbsp of cocoa.

1 tsp of vanilla extract.

3 cups of quick oats (for a gluten-free version, use gluten-free quick oats).

3/4 cup of chocolate chips.

Instructions:

Step 1

First, combine the initial four ingredients and bring them to a boil, then cook for 1 minute.

Step 2

After cooking for 1 minute, add the vanilla extract, quick oats, and chocolate chips, then stir until everything is well combined and the chocolate chips have melted.

Step 3

Then, pour the mixture into a 9-inch or 10-inch round cake pan, and consider using parchment paper if you intend to serve it on a cake platter for easier removal.

Step 4

Next, refrigerate until it becomes firm, then cut it into pieces and serve.

Step 5

Finally, you can store these in the refrigerator for several days and enjoy it!
