Ingredients:
6 organic kale leaves
3 peeled and washed carrots
2 red apples, cut into pieces
1 peeled and washed beet
Half a peeled lemon (avoid if you have ulcers, heartburn, or citrus allergy)
2.5 cm piece of peeled ginger
Ensure all fruits and vegetables are organic
Instructions:
Pour one to two cups of water into your blender.
Add all the ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Use a strainer to filter the mixture and collect the juice.
Mix again with a spoon.
Optionally, add a few ice cubes to refresh the juice.
Store the juice in a glass jar and refrigerate.
Warnings:
Avoid adding lemon if you suffer from ulcers, heartburn, or citrus allergy.
Do not consume this juice if you are taking antacid medications or medications for blood or heart problems.
Beet consumption is not recommended if you are on anticoagulant treatment or have kidney disease.
