POTATO FRITTERS

 


Ingredients:


800 grams of potatoes


2 eggs


100 grams of cooked pork


100 grams of cheese


1/2 onion


Parsley


Salt


Pepper


50g (1/2 cup) flour


Olive oil


Method:


Cut the potatoes and place them in a bowl. Add eggs, cooked pork, cheese, onion, parsley, pepper, salt, and flour. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.


Pour olive oil into the pan and spoon the mixture into it, flattening it with a spoon.


Fry the fritters until they turn golden brown on both sides.
