Baked Crab Legs in Butter Sauce

 


Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).


Cut crab legs in half using kitchen shears to expose the flesh.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Creole seasoning, and microwave for 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice.


Brush the crab legs with the butter mixture, reserving some for serving.

Arrange crab legs on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until heated through.


Garnish with parsley or chives and serve immediately with lemon wedges and extra butter sauce.
