🥐 Chicken Salad on Croissants

A fresh and flavorful twist on classic lunch fare!

If you're like me and have had your fill of ham for the season, this Chicken Salad on Croissants is a welcome change. It's a light, satisfying mix of tender chicken, sweet grapes and cherries, crunchy celery, and toasted pecans—all held together with a creamy dressing. I personally love using Olive Oil Miracle Whip, which adds a slightly tangy, lighter flavor. Of course, regular mayo works just fine too!

Perfect for brunches, showers, or weekday lunches, these croissant sandwiches are sure to impress with minimal effort.
