Ingredients


For the Meatballs:


1 lb ground beef


½ cup breadcrumbs


1 large egg, beaten


½ onion, grated


½ tsp garlic powder


¼ tsp ground nutmeg


1 tsp kosher salt


½ tsp freshly ground black pepper


2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)


For the Casserole:


2½ cups egg noodles


1 cup beef broth


1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


1 pint heavy cream


1½ cups Swiss cheese, grated


Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
