The Ultimate Steak Marinade: Tender, Flavorful, and Easy to Prepare

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade: In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients—garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Italian herb seasoning, cayenne pepper, black pepper, white pepper, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

Marinate the Steaks: Place the steaks in a resealable ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over the steaks, seal the bag, and gently massage the marinade into the meat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate.

Cook the Steaks: Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add the marinated steaks and sear for 5 to 8 minutes. Flip the steaks and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes for medium to well-done steaks.

Rest and Serve: Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes. Top each steak with a pat of butter and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.

For 1-inch thick steaks, use the following times as a guideline:
