Instructions
Preheat the oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Cook the meat and veggies:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and peppers. Cook until they soften, about 5–7 minutes. Add the beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the meat is heated through and flavors are well combined. Remove from heat.
Assemble the sliders:
Slice the entire block of slider rolls in half horizontally (keeping them connected). Place the bottom half in your prepared dish. Layer half the cheese on the rolls, then spread the meat and veggie mixture evenly on top. Add the remaining cheese, then place the top half of the rolls over everything.
Add the butter topping:
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter. Sprinkle with parsley or Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
Bake:
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 5–7 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
Serve:
Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm. These sliders are best enjoyed fresh from the oven!
