Sweet & Crunchy Butterfinger Balls

Instructions

1. Crush the Butterfingers
Unwrap the Butterfinger bars and crush them into small bits. You can blitz them in a food processor or place them in a zip-top bag and bash them with a rolling pin for some fun stress relief.

2. Combine the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the crushed Butterfingers, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until the ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture holds its shape.

3. Shape the Balls
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into smooth balls. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Chill
Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill the balls for about 30 minutes until firm.

5. Melt the Chocolate
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second bursts and stirring in between until smooth and silky.

6. Dip & Coat
Once the balls have set, dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re evenly coated. Use a fork or dipping tool to help lift them out, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.

7. Set & Enjoy
Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
