Creamy Seafood Salad
Instructions
Step 1 – Prep Ingredients
Chop the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces. If shrimp are large, cut them to similar size. Dice celery and red onion finely.
Step 2 – Mix Salad Base
In a large bowl, combine crab, shrimp, celery, onion, and relish (if using).
Step 3 – Make Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay, and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4 – Toss Together
Pour dressing over the seafood mixture. Gently fold until evenly coated.
