Heavenly Slow Cooker Rice Pudding & Butter Pecan Delight

 


Directions:

  1. Prep the Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Mix the Batter: In a large bowl, combine cake mix, frosting, eggs, oil, and milk. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.

  3. Add Pecans: Fold in the chopped pecans for a delicious crunch.

  4. Bake: Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  5. Poke: Remove from oven and, while still warm, poke holes across the cake using the handle of a wooden spoon.

  6. Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, bring to a gentle simmer, then mix in pecans.

  7. Soak the Cake: Pour the warm sauce evenly over the cake, letting it seep into the holes.

  8. Cool & Serve: Allow the cake to cool before slicing into generous squares.
