One-Pot Creamy Beef & Garlic Butter Pasta
Instructions
Step 1 – Brown the Beef
In a large skillet or pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary.
Step 2 – Add Garlic & Butter
Stir in butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Step 3 – Add Liquids & Pasta
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, then add pasta. Stir to coat the pasta evenly. Bring to a gentle boil.
Step 4 – Simmer
Lower heat, cover, and let simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Step 5 – Finish with Cheese & Seasoning
Mix in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until creamy and well blended.
Step 6 – Garnish & Serve
Top with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm!
