Paula Deen’s 5-Minute Fudge

 


Instructions

  1. Cook the Base

    • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter.

    • Bring to a boil, stirring often. Continue boiling for 5 minutes.

  2. Melt the Chocolate & Marshmallows

    • Remove from heat.

    • Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows until fully melted and smooth.

  3. Add Flavor & Nuts

    • Mix in vanilla extract and pecans.

  4. Set the Fudge

    • Spread mixture evenly into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.

    • Refrigerate (or freeze for faster setting) until firm.

  5. Cut & Serve

    • Slice into 36 bite-sized squares.
