Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Delight

Instructions

Step 1: Pretzel Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter until evenly coated.

  3. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.

👉 Tip: Cooling is key! Adding the filling too soon will cause it to melt into the crust.

Step 2: Cream Cheese Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until just combined.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled crust.

Step 3: Strawberry Topping

  1. In another bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved.

  2. Allow to cool slightly (but not set).

  3. Fold in sliced strawberries carefully.

  4. Pour the mixture over the cream cheese layer, spreading evenly.

Step 4: Chill & Serve

  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

  • Once fully set, slice into squares and serve cold.

Extra Tips & Variations

  • Fruity Mix: Swap strawberries for raspberries, blueberries, or even a mixed berry combo.

  • Nutty Twist: Sprinkle crushed pecans or almonds over the cream cheese layer before adding the gelatin.

  • More Crunch: Add crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top for a bakery-style finish.
