Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F (200°C fan).

  2. Season cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic (if using).

    • If making the parmesan version, add parmesan and panko at this stage.

  3. Roast: Spread evenly on a baking tray. Roast for 20 minutes, then flip pieces and roast another 5 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers are tender.

  4. Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy hot from the oven.


Sauce Pairings

  • Tahini Sauce – nutty, creamy, and perfect with crispy edges.

  • Lemon Yogurt Sauce – light, tangy, and refreshing.


Tips for Extra Crispiness

  • Don’t overcrowd the tray—space helps them roast instead of steam.

  • Cut florets into similar sizes for even cooking.

  • For even more crunch, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
