Air Fryer Potato Slices

 


Steps

1. Prep the potatoes

Wash the potatoes well. Slice them into thin, even circles (about 3–4 mm thick). Pat them dry with a clean towel — dryness helps the crisp!

2. Season the slices

Place the potatoes in a bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until every slice is coated evenly.

3. Arrange in the air fryer

Lay the slices in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Slight overlapping is okay, but avoid stacking too much to keep them crispy.

4. Air fry until golden

Cook at 190°C (375°F) for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
They should be golden, crisp on the edges, and tender inside.

5. Serve & enjoy

Sprinkle with fresh herbs, chili flakes, or Parmesan.
Serve hot as a snack, side dish, or dipping-friendly treat.
