Apple Cinnamon Cake

 


Steps

1. Prepare the apples

Peel and dice the apples into small cubes. Set them aside.

2. Mix the dry ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

3. Whisk the wet ingredients

In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Add the oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

4. Combine the mixtures

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and gently stir until just combined. Fold in the diced apples.

5. Bake

Pour the batter into a greased baking pan. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

6. Serve warm
