Beer Cheese Bread
Instructions (Step by Step)
Step 1 — Prepare the Pan

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with 1 tablespoon of butter and set aside.
Step 2 — Mix the Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together:

flour

sugar
-
baking powder
-
salt
-
garlic powder
-
Step 3 — Add Cheese & Chives

Add the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives.

Stir gently to distribute them evenly throughout the flour mixture.
Step 4 — Add the Beer

Pour the entire 12 oz of beer over the dry mixture.

Stir until the batter is just combined — do not overmix.
Step 5 — Fill the Pan

Transfer the batter to the buttered loaf pan.

Pour or brush the melted butter over the top of the batter.
Step 6 — Bake

Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 7 — Cool & Serve

Let the bread cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
