🥔 🍗 Chicken Hashbrown Casserole — Cheesy, Comforting & Crowd-Pleasing

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven
    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  2. Mix the casserole
    In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

  3. Transfer to baking dish
    Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  4. Prepare the topping (optional)
    Mix crushed cornflakes with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.

  5. Bake
    Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

  6. Serve
