Instructions

  1. Prepare the oven
    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a loaf pan.

  2. Mix the wet ingredients
    In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, sugar, oil, eggs, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Combine the dry ingredients
    In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  4. Bring the batter together
    Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined. Fold in the cranberries.

  5. Bake the loaf
    Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Cool and serve
    Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy warm or at room temperature with butter or honey.
