Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a loaf pan. -
Mix the wet ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, sugar, oil, eggs, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla until smooth. -
Combine the dry ingredients
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. -
Bring the batter together
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined. Fold in the cranberries. -
Bake the loaf
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. -
Cool and serve
Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy warm or at room temperature with butter or honey.
