Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

 


Steps

1. Prep the cauliflower

Wash and dry the cauliflower thoroughly. Cut it into even-sized florets so they roast evenly.

2. Season the florets

Place the cauliflower in a large bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Toss until every piece is coated.

3. Spread on a baking sheet

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer — no overlapping, so it gets crispy.

4. Roast until golden

Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through. The edges should be brown and crispy.

5. Add the finishing touch

Sprinkle Parmesan during the last 5 minutes if you like.
Remove from the oven and top with parsley or a squeeze of lemon.
