French Toast Bites with Pecans
Instructions
Step 1 — Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2 — Prepare the Glaze

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Cook for 2–3 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Step 3 — Combine Crackers and Pecans

In a large bowl, place the oyster crackers and chopped pecans.

Pour the warm glaze over the mixture and stir gently until all crackers are evenly coated.
Step 4 — Bake

Spread the coated crackers and pecans evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
