🍍 Golden Pineapple Bake — Sweet, Syrupy & Irresistibly Creamy

Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish. -
Arrange the pineapple
Place pineapple slices or chunks evenly in the bottom of the dish. -
Prepare the custard batter
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, salt, flour, and about ¼ cup of the reserved pineapple juice until smooth. -
Combine and bake
Pour the batter over the pineapple, spreading gently to cover. Sprinkle brown sugar or cinnamon on top if desired. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and set in the center. -
Cool and serve
Let it cool slightly before serving. Spoon warm for a comforting treat, or chill for a refreshing dessert.
