Gumdrop Nougat Bars (3-Ingredient Wonder!) 🍬

Melt the Base

  1. Place the white chocolate and butter into a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring after each burst.

  3. Continue until the mixture is completely melted, glossy, and smooth.
(You can also melt over a double boiler if you prefer.)

Step 4: Add the Gumdrops

Let the melted chocolate mixture cool slightly — just enough so the gumdrops won’t melt.
Then fold in all the gumdrops, coating them evenly in the warm nougat mixture.

Step 5: Shape and Chill

  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it into an even layer.

  3. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm enough to cut.

Step 6: Slice Into Bars

Once the nougat has set, lift it from the pan using the parchment.
Use a sharp knife to cut it into bars or squares.
Wipe the knife between cuts for clean edges.

Step 7: Serve, Store & Enjoy

These bars are soft, chewy, and bursting with fruity gumdrop bites in every piece.
Store them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
They also make adorable holiday gifts or party treats!
