Mix the dry ingredients
In a bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and flour. -
Add the wet ingredients
Stir in the beaten eggs and melted butter until the mixture is fully combined and sticky. -
Fill the muffin tin
Scoop the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full. -
Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the tops are caramelized and a bit crisp around the edges. -
Cool and serve
