Instructions

  1. Prepare the oven
    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a mini or regular muffin tin.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients
    In a bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and flour.

  3. Add the wet ingredients
    Stir in the beaten eggs and melted butter until the mixture is fully combined and sticky.

  4. Fill the muffin tin
    Scoop the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.

  5. Bake
    Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the tops are caramelized and a bit crisp around the edges.

  6. Cool and serve
    Allow the muffins to cool slightly before removing them from the tin. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
