Make the crust
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter (and sugar if you want extra sweetness). Press firmly into the bottom of your dish. -
Prepare the creamy filling
Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy. -
Fold in the good stuff
Add the whipped topping and the well-drained crushed pineapple. Gently fold until everything is creamy and evenly mixed. -
Assemble the dessert
Spread the pineapple cream mixture over the graham cracker crust. -
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until set. Overnight is even better. -
Serve
Sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs if you like. Slice, serve, and enjoy the dreamy tropical sweetness.
