Instructions

  1. Make the crust
    In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter (and sugar if you want extra sweetness). Press firmly into the bottom of your dish.

  2. Prepare the creamy filling
    Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Fold in the good stuff
    Add the whipped topping and the well-drained crushed pineapple. Gently fold until everything is creamy and evenly mixed.

  4. Assemble the dessert
    Spread the pineapple cream mixture over the graham cracker crust.

  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until set. Overnight is even better.

  6. Serve
    Sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs if you like. Slice, serve, and enjoy the dreamy tropical sweetness.
