🥣 Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot and brown the beef on all sides.

  2. Add the onions, carrots, and celery; sauté for 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in tomato paste, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add broth, diced tomatoes, potatoes, and green beans. Bring to a boil.

  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 45–60 minutes, until beef is tender.

  6. Add corn and peas; cook another 10 minutes.

  7. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve warm!
