🥣 Vegetable Beef Soup

Heat the oil in a large pot and brown the beef on all sides.

Add the onions, carrots, and celery; sauté for 5 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add broth, diced tomatoes, potatoes, and green beans. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 45–60 minutes, until beef is tender.

Add corn and peas; cook another 10 minutes.

Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve warm!
