No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars


 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Stir in the brown sugar and vanilla until fully combined.

  3. Add the oats and cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.

  4. Press half of the oat mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.

  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, then spread the melted chocolate over the oats.

  6. Press the remaining oat mixture on top to form layers.

  7. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into bars and enjoy!
