1. Prepare the Oven and Pan
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Make the Cookie Dough
In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.
Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Shape the Cookies
Take a small portion of dough (about 2 tbsp) and flatten slightly in your palm.
Place a Twix piece in the center and fold dough around it, sealing completely.
Place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
4. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
The cookies should remain soft in the center.
5. Cool and Optional Drizzle
Allow cookies to cool slightly on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel for extra indulgence.
6. Serve and Enjoy
Enjoy warm for gooey perfection, or store in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
