Cream Cheese Stuffed Beef Patties
How to Make Cream Cheese Beef Patties
Step 1: Prepare the Beef Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until evenly seasoned.
Divide the meat into four equal portions and shape them into thick round patties.
Step 2: Add the Coating
Roll the outer edges of each patty in crushed pork rinds or breadcrumbs for extra texture and crispiness during baking.
Place the patties onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
Step 3: Make the Cream Cheese Topping
In a small bowl, mix together:
- softened cream cheese
- cheddar cheese
- mayonnaise or sour cream
Blend until creamy and smooth.
Spread a thick layer over the top of each beef patty.
Step 4: Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the patties for 20–25 minutes or until the beef is fully cooked and the cream cheese topping becomes lightly golden around the edges.
For extra browning, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
