After that, in a large bowl, whisk the eggs, and add the sugar, melted butter, eggnog, rum flavor extract, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Then, in a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. Then, gradually add the dry ingredients to the eggnog mixture, and blend.

In this step, pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.

Next, bake for 40 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Finally, allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to finish cooling, and once it's completely cool.
