CROCKPOT-BARBECUE-RIBS

 


Ingredients:


2 cups barbecue sauce.


2 tsp brown sugar.


3 minced garlic cloves.


2 tsp Worcestershire sauce.


1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional).


4-5 lbs. baby back ribs.


Instructions:


Step 1


First, in a zip-top bag, combine barbecue sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper (if using).


Step 2


Then, seal the bag and knead to mix the sauce well.


Step 3


After that, place the back ribs in the bag, seal them, and shake to coat the ribs thoroughly.


Step 4


In this step, spray the inner part of the crockpot.


Step 5


Next, transfer the ribs to the crockpot and pour half of the sauce over them.


Step 6


Then, cook on high for 4-5 hours, low for 9 hours for fall-off-the-bone, or 7 hours for lean meat with bones.


Step 7


Finally, serve with extra sauce on the side.
