Whip this up all the time, fam's obsessed! Sauce rocks. I've doubled it sometimes

Ingredients:

One pound beef sirloin tips cut into bite-sized pieces.

One sliced onion.

8 ounces sliced mushrooms.

One tbsp olive oil.

One tbsp Worcestershire sauce.

1/4 cup dry red wine.

2.5 cups beef broth.

Salt and pepper to taste.

2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup of cold water.

Instructions:

Step 1

First, brown beef in a skillet with olive oil. Add to the slow cooker with onions and mushrooms.

Step 2

Then, deglaze the skillet with a dash of red wine and add it to the slow cooker.

Step 3

After that, pour Worcestershire sauce, red wine, and beef broth into the slow cooker, then season as desired.

Step 4

In this step, cook on low for 6-8 hours until the beef is tender.

Step 5

Next, in the last hour, mix cornstarch and water and add to the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.

Step 6

Finally, serve the beef tips and sauce over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.

Tips:

- Opt for high-quality beef sirloin tips for the best flavor and tenderness.

- Consider searing the beef before slow cooking for extra depth of flavor.

- Choose a red wine you enjoy drinking for a richer sauce.

Variations:

- Add red pepper flakes or jalapeño for heat.

- Stir in cream for a rich, creamy sauce.

- Ensure gluten-free ingredients for dietary needs.

Enjoy it!!
