Ingredients:


2 pounds chicken breast


1 tablespoon Au Jus Gravy Packet


1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning Packet


1/2 teaspoon each of black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder


1 tablespoon minced garlic


1 small chopped onion


Pepperoncinis


3 tablespoons thinly sliced butter


Homemade Gravy (3 tablespoons butter, 3 tablespoons flour, 2 cups beef broth, salt, pepper)


Instructions:

Place 2 pounds of chicken breast in a crockpot sprayed with cooking spray. Season the chicken with black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Season the chicken with 1 tablespoon each of Au Jus Gravy and Ranch seasoning packets.

Add minced garlic, chopped onion, and some pepperoncinis with a splash of the juice from the jar.

Place thinly sliced butter on top of the chicken. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, stirring/flipping the chicken halfway through.

Shred the chicken and serve over mashed potatoes or rice. Enjoy!
For the homemade gravy:

In a small pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
Add 3 tablespoons of flour and stir until well incorporated, cooking for a minute or two.

Pour in 2 cups of beef broth and stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with the chicken.
