INGREDIENTS:
2 beef ribs, approximately 800 g each
2 sprigs of thyme
2 sprigs of rosemary
6-8 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
For seasoning your prime rib, start by crushing the pepper and stripping the thyme and rosemary leaves. Chop half of the rosemary. Place the ribs in a deep dish, sprinkle them with thyme, rosemary, and cracked pepper. Drizzle olive oil over them and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, begin preparing your barbecue. Once the embers are ready, position the ribs on a grill about 8 cm above the embers. Cook the meat for approximately 7 minutes on each side for a rare doneness. Adjust the cooking time for medium or well-done meat.
Enjoy your perfectly cooked prime rib!
