INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. 1 - Brown the Ground Beef:

    • In a large skillet or frying pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Once browned, drain any excess fat from the pan.

    • Transfer the browned ground beef to the slow cooker. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, diced potatoes, diced carrots, diced bell peppers, and frozen peas to the slow cooker.
  3. 3 - Season and Add Liquid:

    • Pour the diced tomatoes (undrained) and beef broth over the ingredients in the slow cooker. Add the Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir to combine all ingredients evenly.
  4. 4 - Cook:

    • Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours, or until the potatoes and vegetables are tender.
  5. 5 - Serve:

    • Once cooked, stir the Slow Cooker Hamburger Hash to combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
    • Spoon the hot and flavorful hash onto plates or bowls. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
    • Serve the Slow Cooker Hamburger Hash hot and enjoy the hearty and comforting flavors.
