Pioneer Woman's Sausage Gravy

 


Ingredients:


1/4 cup all-purpose flour


1 pound breakfast sausage


4 cups full-fat milk


1/2 teaspoon black pepper


1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt


Instructions:


Cook the breakfast sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.


Sprinkle flour over the cooked sausage, stirring well to coat evenly.

Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.


Stir in the black pepper and seasoned salt, ensuring they are well incorporated.


Cook the sausage gravy over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it reaches the desired thickness.
