Ingredients:

1/3 cup all-purpose flour


1/3 cup brown sugar


1/4 cup cold butter (cubed)


1 tsp cinnamon


1/4 tsp salt


Instructions:


Make the Streusel: Combine flour, brown sugar, cubed butter, cinnamon, and salt. Use a fork or pastry cutter to blend until crumbly. Refrigerate while making the dough.


Prepare the Cookie Dough: Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt, then incorporate gently into the wet mixture. Fold in blueberries carefully.


Assemble the Cookies: Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Add dollops of jam to each dough ball and swirl with a knife. Top with streusel.
