Crispy roasted cauliflower

 


Season the Cauliflower:


In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.


Roast the Cauliflower:


Carefully remove the preheated baking sheet from the oven and arrange the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer, flat sides down.

Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the florets are golden brown and crispy. 


Add Parmesan (Optional):


If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting for an added layer of flavor.

Serve:


Once roasted to your liking, remove from the oven and serve immediately as a side dish or a healthy snack.

Uniform Florets: Cutting the cauliflower into similar-sized pieces ensures even cooking.


Preheated Baking Sheet: Starting with a hot baking sheet helps in achieving a crispier exterior.
