Sweet & Savory Glazed Pork Chops

 


🍳 Instructions:

1. Season the Chops

Generously season both sides of the pork chops with salt and black pepper.

2. Sear to Perfection

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the pork chops in the pan and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until beautifully browned. Remove and set aside.

3. Make the Glaze

In the same skillet, stir together brown sugar, chicken broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until it slightly thickens. Stir in paprika if using.

4. Glaze and Cook

Return the pork chops to the pan, spooning the glaze over each one. Lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 8–10 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature hits 145°F (63°C) and the glaze is sticky and rich.

5. Serve with Style

Serve the pork chops drizzled with the extra glaze from the skillet. They’re perfect alongside creamy mashed potatoes, fluffy rice, or crisp roasted vegetables.
