👩‍🍳 Directions

  1. Preheat the Oven

    • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

  2. Prepare Biscuits

    • Separate dough into 8 biscuits and flatten each slightly.

    • Place 1 slice of roast beef and 1 slice of provolone in the center.

    • Fold edges over filling, pinching to seal into a ball.

  3. Arrange in Dish

    • Place biscuits seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.

  4. Make Butter Glaze

    • In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

    • Brush generously over biscuit tops.

  5. Bake

    • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Warm the Broth

    • In a saucepan, heat beef broth until warm.

  7. Serve

    • Serve biscuits hot with warm broth on the side for dipping.

💡 Tips & Variations

  • Swap Swiss cheese for provolone if you like a sharper flavor.

  • Add a thin slice of caramelized onion inside each biscuit for extra depth.

  • Brush biscuits again with butter halfway through baking for extra shine.
