Instructions
1. Preheat (if baking):

Oven → Preheat to 425°F (220°C).
2. Mix & Season:

In a large bowl, combine steak, potatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Toss until evenly coated.
3. Prep the Packets:

Divide mixture evenly onto four 12×12-inch sheets of aluminum foil.

Fold edges tightly to seal into packets.
4. Cook Your Way:

Grill/Campfire: Place packets over high heat, about 10 minutes per side, until steak and potatoes are cooked to your liking.

Oven: Arrange packets on a baking sheet and bake 20–25 minutes, until potatoes are fork-tender and steak is done.
5. Serve & Enjoy:

Carefully open packets (watch the steam!).

Garnish with fresh parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
