Prepare the Marinade:
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients until well combined. -
Marinate the Chicken:
Place the drumsticks in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Squeeze out as much air as possible, seal tightly, and massage the bag so every piece is coated.-
For best flavor, marinate in the refrigerator overnight or up to 24 hours.

If you’re short on time, massage the chicken in the bag for 5 minutes to help the flavors soak in.

Bake:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Transfer the chicken and all the marinade into a baking dish in a single layer.
Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 185°F (85°C) and the tops are beautifully browned. -
Serve:
Remove from the oven and spoon the pan juices over the chicken for extra flavor. Serve hot with your favorite sides — mashed potatoes, steamed rice, or roasted veggies pair perfectly.
Tip:
If you love a caramelized glaze, broil the drumsticks for 2–3 minutes at the end of baking — just until they turn glossy and sticky!
