  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric (optional for golden color)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional for extra crispiness)

  • Fresh parsley or lemon wedges for serving (optional)
