Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, milk, crackers, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined.

Form the mixture into oval or patty-shaped “steaks” and place them into the prepared baking dish.
Step 4: Prepare the Gravy
In a bowl, whisk together beef broth and cream of mushroom soup until smooth.
Step 5: Bake Low & Slow
Pour the gravy evenly over the steaks. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour, or until tender.
Step 6: Serve Warm
Remove foil for the last 10 minutes if you want a slightly thicker gravy.
