Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.

Step 2: Make the Crumble Mixture
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Mix in the egg until dough resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 3: Form the Base
Press about two-thirds of the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Step 4: Add the Filling
