Shape the Balls: Scoop the mixture using a small cookie scoop or a measuring spoon (about 1 tablespoon per ball). Roll the mixture between your palms to form smooth, uniform spheres. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Final Set: Repeat with the remaining balls. Allow the chocolate to set completely at room temperature or chill for 15-20 minutes.
