Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

  3. Spread your fillings evenly over the dough—meat, cheese, pepperoni, and any optional veggies.

  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.

  5. Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log, just like a jelly roll.

  6. Pinch the ends to seal and place the roll seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  7. Brush the top with the beaten egg for a shiny, golden crust.

  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the bread is fully cooked and beautifully browned.

  9. Allow it to cool slightly, then slice and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
