Mini Meatloaf Muffins

 


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, half of the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.

  3. Mix gently until everything is well combined—be careful not to overmix.

  4. Divide the meat mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

  5. Spoon a little ketchup on top of each meatloaf muffin for a classic glaze.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and the tops are slightly caramelized.

  7. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.

  8. Serve warm, optionally topped with cheese or parsley.
